| Description: Ages 16+ years In this adult class, participants are introduced to gymnastics and develop the flexibility, strength and conditioning required to achieve success with gymnastics skills. Gymnastics is a fun way to keep in shape and cross-train for other sports. Whether the aim is to strengthen, increase flexibility, do a cartwheel or land a flip, this class supports achieving those goals. From former competitors to those who have never participated in the sport before, we welcome all skill levels.
