| Description: Ages 8-12 years This GymYouth class for girls is designed to develop skills focusing on the four events in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics: floor, beam, bars, and vault. On each event, girls develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Gymnasts progress to new heights and develop confidence by working on challenging new skills and progressions.
