| Description: Ages 5-6 years In our KidNinja class, there is focus on teaching and training specific fundamental ninja skills on different apparatuses. Kids learn balance, jumping, swinging, and moving quickly in creative ways according to age and skill levels. KidNinja fosters physical literacy by increasing participant comfort, confidence and body awareness when moving in different ways through obstacle circuits.
