| Description: Ages 5-7yo In this GymKids class for girls, children develop familiarity with gymnastic equipment. Circuits involving beams, bars, the trampoline, and bouncy floors offer increased challenge for this age group as children finesse their balance, learn to swing, develop gross motor skills, and enhance their body strength. Our teaching methods enable children to gain confidence and increase their physical awareness.
