| Description: Ages: Multi Our GymFit is playtime for kids and/or parents to leave the couch and screens behind. Join us for functional fitness and strength training using confidence-building dynamic and fun workouts. We leverage our gymnastics and ninja equipment and routines to give everyone an opportunity to unleash energy, boost strength and develop life-long fitness skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our classes are designed to challenge, inspire and empower. Parents, children, and siblings are welcome - no experience needed! If a child is under 12 years, an adult should register with the child.
