| Description: Ages 7-9 years Our combination gymnastics and ninja classes focuses on developing your child’s fitness, coordination and strength. Practicing the sport of ninja and gymnastics develops the body as a whole and fosters creative problem-solving combined with movement. When combined, gymnastics and ninja build character and cultivate discipline – transferable skills that support success in school, sport, and life in general.
