| Description: Ages: 10-14 years Our GymFit is playtime for your sedentary youngster, and an opportunity to leave the couch and screens behind. Join us for functional fitness and strength training using confidence-building dynamic and fun workouts. We leverage our gymnastics and ninja equipment and routines to give everyone an opportunity to unleash energy, boost strength and develop life-long fitness skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our classes are designed to challenge, inspire and empower. A 10% discount applies for second and third participants from the same family!
